My name is Susie Grimmett App (Associate Polarity Practitioner)
Reiki Master teacher. My husband Steven Grimmett and myself own
Health Choices, and work as a team, focused on holistic health.
It has been said that "due to lack of knowledge we shall all perish"
Oh, how true! I decided after working in the medical field, that I wanted to
use a natural approach to health. I studied and became a Reiki Master
teacher, studied Healing Touch, Quantum Touch, Emo trance and several
other natural healing modality's and I had the honor of meeting a
wonderful naturopathic doctor and studied with her for quite some time.
She has now gone on to be with God.
She was my inspiration to open an herb shop to help others.
We attended and graduated, Carolina Polarity, the school of energetic
studies as associate Polarity practitioners (APP).
We also attended herbal classes in Black mountain, NC.
With all of the different training's, one thing was very evident, we have to
go back to a more natural way of health care.

You are invited to place your feet into a basin of warm water.
Your technician then places the module in the basin with your feet ,that is
attached to the Aqua-Chi machine. The timer is set for 30 minutes. You simply

Polarity Therapy:
Polarity therapy is a holistic healing system that works with “life energy” in all of
its forms, using a comprehensive system of bodywork, exercise,
nutritional guidance and verbal counseling.
The goal of Polarity therapy is to realign and unite the body, mind, spirit and
vibrant health. Polarity therapy is based on the premise that we are fields of
energy made up of specific frequencies know as the five elements: ether (
space), air, fire, water and earth. Each element relates and flows in a balance of
positive and negative center. When these currents are blocked our thoughts,

Based on the concept of internal energy fundamental to traditional Chinese
medicine, muscle testing is a noninvasive way of evaluating the body’s
imbalances and assessing its needs. It involves testing the body’s responses to
provide information on energy blockages, the functioning of the organs,
nutritional deficiencies, and food sensitivities, among other things.
It can also be used to test the body’s responses to herbs and other remedies.

A relaxing atmosphere is created at Health Choices, with soothing music and professional
ear candles, the lite ear candle is placed with its base in the client's ear. A light suction
action (chimney effect) and the movement of the flame create a vibration of air in the ear
candle, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum.
This induces a pleasant feeling of warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead
and sinuses. It is soothing and helpful for earache and headache, ear noise, stress and
nervousness. The physical effect is often described directly after the session as a soothing,
pressure and pain relieving sensation, mainly in the ear and head area. Sessions may also
spontaneously cause freer nasal breathing and an improved sense of smell, even when the
nose was blocked before treatment. Furthermore, the whole session brings a wonderful
relaxation, a deep sense of security and a feeling of happiness, which is seldom
experienced.
Contra-indications:
There are several situations in which it is strictly not advisable for Ear coning session to take
place.
1. If the client has an acute or chronic disease (in this case, the client's doctor should advise)
2. If the client has a perforated eardrum
3. If tubes are in ears
4. If there is an ear infection present
5. If the ears are inflamed or infected
